The market of serviced apartment is exploising in Ho Chi Minh City in particular and Vietnam in general from 2015 to present.

Previously, the market was divided into two major categories focused on large projects with a budget of over $2000 such as Somerset, Sherwood, Kumho Intercontinental, Thai Van Lung area, Le Thanh Ton - district , etc. is where focused with large amount of Japanese guests with the budget from $400 - $600.

Thus, the market before the time of 2015 is almost simple and easy to guess as well as easy to shape the design style - specific to the budget. When the demand is not really boom like the current time, the customer source is not diverse and their requests are much simpler.

At the present time of 2018, the serviced apartment market is five times as large as in 2015, with just three years of hotspots in the real estate sector.
