The market is not divided into two segments as before 2015, but divided into four main segments: $400 - $700 | $700 - $1200 | $1200 - $2000 | > $2000

With the $2000++ segment, it is still the market for large corporations focusing on real estate with approximately 200-300 high standard rooms/project. One of them is Keppel Land who was very knowledgeable about the Vietnamese market.

With all the remaining value from $400-2000 is a long story of many chapters such as the story of 1001 nights legend.

Investment area | Neighborhoods of the area | Type of customer and customer needs concentrated in that area | Investment Design | Investment scale | Investment purpose ... and a myriad of other sub-elements to determine a delimiting the price level of a real estate serviced apartment.

Do not take the mindset of a central location with a well-deserved investment of $1800 on a $300 real estate investment in Phu Nhuan district, and look forward to rent it with $800.

It is an impossible task and from the wrong shape of value will lead to many other consequences.
