Currently, the epidemic situation in Ho Chi Minh City is very complicated and constantly changing. Based on the latest directive starting from 15/07/2021 from the government. CityHouse recommends that the tenants:
+ Stockpile essential food to limit unnecessary travel.
+ Avoid large gatherings.
+ Ensure 5K regulations of the Ministry of Health.
In addition, from CityHouse's side in order to comply with the assurance and safety of our guests, we would like to update the services during this period as follows:
+ The building security department operates 24/24.
+ The building cleaning department is still maintained at a basic level. Specific details will be updated to customers by the Building Manager.
+ For technical problems that are not too urgent, the processing time may be longer than before due to the difficulty of moving technical staff at this time. For urgent problems such as electricity, water, wifi, the Technical Department tries to handle it as soon as possible.
+ CityHouse system is still working and online support.
