Ho Chi Minh City allows food and beverage shops to take away from 6am to 6pm

Business establishments operating under the "3 on-site" method

Notably, the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City allows the business of food and beverage services; postal and telecommunications service providers, office informatics equipment, and learning equipment are allowed to operate from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily in the form of take-away sales.

Business establishments operating under the "3 on-site" method, only conducting business through online ordering;  shippers who are delivery service providers with technology application (shippers) must ensure safety measures to prevent and control the epidemic.
